Masturbation

Masturbation is the stimulation of one's own or one's sexual partner's genitals to achieve sexual arousal, usually to the point of one or more orgasms. When it is done manually, it is called masturbating in males, and fingering in females. Masturbation can also be done with an aid instead of by hand. Sexual arousal can be further stimulated with pornography and/or sexual fantasies.
